A: Yes, and the drivers must obey all traffic signs. See Rules and Regulations regarding requirements for drivers.
Q: If I'm driving my golf cart on Holly Lake Ranch roads, am I required to pull over to let cars pass?
A: Yes, you must safely pull over to let cars pass. For example, you are not required to pull over on the dam due to the drop offs on each side of the road. See the HLRA Rules and Regulations.

A: Yes, all dogs must be on a physical leash when not on their owner’s property. All dogs shall have an identification tag which includes at a minimum the owner’s name and phone number, or be implanted with a chip. For nuisance dogs, call the Security Office. Q: Do I need a fishing license to fish on HLRA lakes?
A: You do not need a fishing license on the private lakes within the HLRA gates.
