Sections 8, 9, and Section 4: Holly Trail East, Golf Drive, Pinewood Cove
Please have garbage out by 7 am to ensure pickup and empty trash bins back to your home within 24 hours after pickup.

Monthly Bulk and Seasonal Yard Waste Services

Bulk Item Services

• Offered 1st Friday of each month. This is a call in service. You must call in by 3:00PM the Monday prior to 1st Friday to be scheduled for service. The Ranch must have a minimum of 3 items for monthly pick-up to occur.
• Bulk items include, but are not limited to sofas, mattresses, recliners, washer and dryers, etc...
• These items must be placed at the edge of the driveway where it meets the street. 
• There will be a charge of $25.00 per item.

Yard Waste

• This is a Seasonal Service (OCT-DEC) 1 time per week.
• Yard waste is a call in service. You must call in at least 4 working days prior to the scheduled Friday service to be scheduled for service.
• Leaves and grass clippings must be placed in brown paper lawn waste bags. Branches must be less than 4 inches in diameter, cut into 3 foot lengths or smaller, and bundled with twine. (Bundles must be less than 30 LBS)
• Place all yard waste at the edge of the driveway where it meets the street.
• There will be a $1.00 charge per bag/bundle fee for this service.
