Fellow Property Owners,
In lieu of the weekly GM update, we are excited to share with our fellow homeowners the newly created Vision and Mission statements for HLR. A tremendous amount of work has occurred over the course of the last several months to advance a forward thinking and proactive approach in many aspects. A key part of this work is to ensure a consistent, well-paved path forward for the benefit of all property owners. We are hopeful the below Vision and Mission statements will resonate positively with all property owners and be a continual focus of effort/action that transcends our terms.
HLR Vision: Holly Lake Ranch is a place like no other. We will protect it, nourish it, build and improve it for the benefit of property owners today and future property owners to follow. We encourage an association of neighbors who work together to increase property values and promote the spirit of respect, caring, community, family, and friendship. Working together, we develop deep bonds, respect the rights of others, and take care of our own, building a better tomorrow for all.
HLR Mission: The mission of the Holly Lake Ranch Association is to ensure a safe, well-maintained, high-quality environment for the benefit and enjoyment of its property owners. We will accomplish this through the efficient management of the resources available to us, protecting, maintaining, and improving common grounds, buildings, streets, lakes, amenities, and resources for the benefit of all. Property values will be preserved through the diligent administration of our Bylaws, Subdivision Restrictions, Guidelines, Rules and Regulations, and Policies and Procedures.
