The Letter of Intent for the transfer of the common areas is currently under review with Silverleaf Resorts. All progress made and discussions had with Silverleaf Resorts remain optimistic. Additional updates will be provided as they become available.
Today Silverleaf Resorts (aka Holiday Inn Club Vacations) announced the former Holiday Inn Club Vacation property will be sent to auction. The auction listing can be found at: 1823 FM2869, Holly Lake Ranch, TX 75765 | Crexi.com.
As each of you should appreciate, this may create considerable uncertainty. Despite diligent efforts, there is no ideal answer or perfect solution.
There are more questions than answers. The reality is that the resort may be sold in the very near future and HLRA will not have any influence on who our new neighbors will be or what the resort property will become. To be candid, HLRA has no more control over the sale of the former Holiday Inn Club Vacations property than we would have over the sale of your home.
