Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

I hope this finds each of you enjoying the unseasonably warm weather. It is hard to imagine that at this time (3) years ago we were coming out of the stranglehold of a sizable snow storm. Below please find the weekly updates:

 

  • Lylesville Road (CR 3550) Fence Replacement: In the near future the HLRA Maintenance Department will begin replacing the HLRA fence bordering Lylesville Road. This project will be ongoing as it requires brush removal, post replacement, and installation of new fencing. The project will span nearly 8,000 feet when completed. If you live along this stretch of the Ranch, please be aware the HLRA Maintenance staff will be performing this much needed repair.

 

  • BOD Email Address: A central Board of Director (BOD) email address has been implemented for all email correspondence intended for the BOD. The individual BOD email addresses on the HLRA website have been updated to reflect the change. This change was implemented to ensure maximum distribution to all Directors and to serve as a means to capture/archive correspondence for future reference. The new BOD email address is HLRA_BOD@hollylakeinfo.com.

 

  • Draft Financial Policies and Procedure: Attached please find the DRAFT Financial Policies and Procedures Manual for your review and comments. For convenience, both a redline version (showing all changes) and a clean (no markup) version are included. Please send all comments/questions to feedback@hollylakeinfo.com no later than March 15, 2024. The BOD intends to consider a vote on the Draft Financial Policies and Procedures during the May 2024 Open Meeting.

  • Common Property Transfer Town Halls: As a reminder, Common Property Transfer Town Halls will be held on; Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 10am, and Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at 6pm. Both town halls will be held in Holly Hall. The format for both events will be identical and as such: 1) Brief Welcome, 2) Video excerpt from the February 6, 2024 Open Meeting, 3) Brief overview of the Letter of Intent, 4) Responses to questions generated via OwnTheRanch@hollylakeinfo.com, 5) Property owner questions and comments. If you have already viewed the video excerpt from the February 6, 2024 Open Meeting and do not wish to view it again, the brief overview of the Letter of Intent is scheduled to begin approximately 25 minutes later than the scheduled start time for the town halls. The intent of the town halls are to address questions related to the Common Property Transfer. Questions not related to the Common Property Transfer will be redirected to feedback@hollylakeinfo.com, admin for an appointment, or HLRA_BOD@hollylakeinfo.com. If you are unable to attend in person, both town halls will be recorded and uploaded to the Holly Lake Ranch YouTube channel: (1) Holly Lake Ranch Association - YouTube
